We value your time and ours. Please take a moment to review our studio policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit and a card on file is required to book your appointment.
To avoid losing your deposit, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time — including no-shows — will result in the loss of your deposit.
Please note:
You can be waxed during your menstrual cycle as long as you’re wearing a tampon or menstrual cup. If you choose not to be waxed during this time, please plan accordingly. If your cycle is unpredictable, we recommend waiting until after it ends to book.
Sickness and COVID-related cancellations are still subject to this policy. While we empathize with unexpected illness, this policy helps protect the time and sustainability of our small business.
Important Note About Waxing
Waxing may cause temporary side effects such as:
Redness
Swelling
Skin lifting or removal
Scabbing
Late Policy
We allow a 5-minute grace period for all appointments.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
We run a tight and efficient schedule, and every minute counts.
If you're running late, please call us as a courtesy. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but service may be adjusted or rescheduled depending on availability.
